Senior Cadets
Cadet Non-Commissioned Officers (NCOs) are cadets who have earned a position of responsibility and form the foundation of the squadron. Promotion is not simply a ceremonial step, but a result of their unwavering dedication and self-drive. NCOs serve as leaders and acquire valuable skills in managing individuals, optimizing resources, making quick decisions, and accomplishing intricate tasks. These cadet NCOs represent the best of 11 Lethbridge Squadron, and the knowledge gained during their tenure will greatly benefit them in their future endeavors.
